At 1:30 p.m on the fourth Tuesday of each month - January through October - SENIOR ADULTS gather to socialize in the Trinity Center. These meetings are announced in the Church's Sunday Bulletin as well as on the Fair Haven Weekly E-mail.
Activities include Bridge, Dominos and Skip Bo. When attendance is large and the group is in the mood, the games sometimes include Scrabble, Canasta or Rook.
Refreshments are provided by our members who alternate this responsibility. The necessary paper goods are funded out of a $1.00 per attendee donation. Money accumulated through these donations is available to other areas of need in the church as determined and voted on by our members.
Homebound Fair Haven members are visited by members of the SENIOR ADULT COUNCIL. We also send via the US MAIL a copy of the Fair Haven Weekly E-mail to homebound members who do not have access to the internet.
SENIOR ADULTS are encouraged to participate in all Fair Haven activities as well as other community services.
