Fair Haven partners with Urban Outreach, a Houston based non-profit organization, to offer Kids Clubs in one area apartment complex. The program is scheduled from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday and is open to students in the 1st - 12th grades whose parents are residents of that complex. They receive lessons on character building and enjoy crafts and stories. Kids from the apartment complex have a special treat on Wednesdays, when they are transported to the LOGOS program on the Fair Haven Campus.
During the summer months when kids are out of school, the program is scheduled from 11a.m. to 1p.m. in a lunch and program format.

Begun as an outreach ministry in a local church in the Houston Heights, Urban Outreach has grown into a major program of outreach to children city-wide. The Kids Club programs like ours were begun in the Spring Branch area in 1997, and have now spread into 12 apartment complexes throughout the Houston metro area.
